Nelly Kamwelu's Breast Cancer Fundraising Event - Missie Popular

?The Breast Cancer fundraising event was organized by Nelly Kamwelu, Miss Universe Tanzania 2011...with the aim of raising funds to support the Tanzania Breast Cancer Foundation in educating young girls and boys...on this dreadful disease.
?These were the guests who showed up to support Nelly and Tanzania Breast Cancer Foundation
?They smile...they laugh...BUT deep within,they have been hurt so bad! These women are some of the breast cancer survivors...

?The event involved a cocktail function...

?Great support

?And then we had a candle light moment in honor of all those who passed away due to this disease.
?The performances were on point!! Here is Nelly in one of the Belly dance moves!
?Song bird Enika was in the house!! And then there were items for auction..including this amazing picture of Nelly Kamwelu which was baught for 300,00Tsh
?A 6.5 carat Tanzanite stone was also put on bid..to raise the needed funds. On the RIGHT is one of the breast cancer survivors giving a speech.
?Faraja Nyalandu and Julia K. Lyon were there to support too...actually, Faraja bought an Eskado Bird dress for 500,000Tshs as a contribution to the cause.
And here is the Tanzanite stone...still in the market for anyone who is interested to bid for...

Great work to Nelly kamwelu and the entire Miss Universe Tanzania team..this is one great initiative..
